Our 3rd Graduation Ceremony was held at the La Mirage Reception Centre in Somerton on Friday, 24 November. This grand affair saw 15 students graduating from Al ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ in front of over 200 guests.
Our quest speaker for this function was Ms Tasneem Chopra, a curator, author and prominent activist. This glamorous occasion was enjoyed by all, especially the parents, friends and staff of the ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ.
Our Graduation is truly a highlight for the ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ and we are proud of our Graduates who, we believe, are equipped to go out into the world as decent, productive citizens.
B.A., UHDE, HONS (SA)
Vis Naidu is the Head of Secondary School at the Al ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ in Epping, Victoria. He was born and educated in South Africa with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Diploma in Teaching and an Honours Degree in Psychology.
He started his teaching in 1986 and was actively involved in the transformation of the political landscape in South Africa in1994. After teaching for 18 years in South Africa, he decided it was time for a change and moved to Melbourne, Australia in 2004.
Vis has also taught in London, gaining valuable knowledge and experience as a secondary teacher (GCSE) of English. In Australia, he took up a position at a Catholic ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ in Kilmore, Victoria, teaching VCE Psychology and English. He joined Al ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ at the beginning of 2012 with the aim of helping to build the ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ into a reputable institute of learning.
