Al ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ celebrated the ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ DUX of 2019 for Year 12: Abu Bakr Ayoubi scored the highest marks in the VCE examination and is a proud DUX recipient.
Abu Bakr’s success and presentation was celebrated with our Years 10 to 12 VCE students in a special assembly this morning on Wednesday, 12 February 2020.

Abu Bakr has been awarded a scholarship for and is now enrolled at Monash University. We wish him every success in his academic future and hope our current cohort benefits from his inspirational talk.

Vis Naidu is the Head of Secondary School at the Al ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ in Epping, Victoria. He was born and educated in South Africa with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Diploma in Teaching and an Honours Degree in Psychology.
He started his teaching in 1986 and was actively involved in the transformation of the political landscape in South Africa in1994. After teaching for 18 years in South Africa, he decided it was time for a change and moved to Melbourne, Australia in 2004.
Vis has also taught in London, gaining valuable knowledge and experience as a secondary teacher (GCSE) of English. In Australia, he took up a position at a Catholic ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ in Kilmore, Victoria, teaching VCE Psychology and English. He joined Al ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ at the beginning of 2012 with the aim of helping to build the ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ into a reputable institute of learning.
