Our Grade 3/4 students went on an educational visit to the Old Melbourne Goal where they were shown around the former prison cells, execution side and were also able to try on a replica of Ned Kelly's armour suit.
Afterwards, the students went on board the historic sailing ship "Polly Woodside" and learnt about life at sea on the 19th century vessel. The highlight of the day was when they were asked to help "rock the ship" and later on had to use their muscles to "scrub the deck".
