While we all eagerly anticipate the official opening of our new school canteen, our dedicated Canteen staff has undergone their first barista training on site this week.
The wonderful and aromatic smell of freshly ground coffee floated from the canteen through the new TEAMS building, attracting both teaching staff and tradies alike to come in and try a cup of coffee. Canteen Chefs Mr James and Mr Rafi as well as Food Technology Coordinator Ms Michelle successfully had their first barista training today when trainer Nicole from Crivelli instructed them on the use of the brand new coffee machine.

We will be serving our tea and coffee and soups in cups provided by Bio Pak, offering us an affordable, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing solution to enjoy food on the go, without any negative impact on the environment. All cups are made from raw materials that are bio-based, recycled, non toxic, recyclable or biodegradable.
